Our story truly believes that whats meant to be will always find its way. We connected on Shaadi.com in late 2024, and from the very beginning, there was an effortless comfort and familiarity between us. Life had its own sense of timing we narrowly missed meeting in person early on but that only gave us more reasons to talk, laugh, and understand each other better. With our families encouragement, we started getting to know one another through long conversations and video calls that often stretched late into the night. What began as curiosity soon turned into a deep sense of compatibility and friendship. When we finally met in person in 2025, everything felt natural and reassuring, just as it had during our conversations. Spending time together confirmed what we already knew we shared similar values, humor, and goals for life. With the blessings of our families, we celebrated our journey with meaningful traditions and decided to take the next step together in November 2025. Today, we are grateful for the patience, trust, and love that brought us here, and we look forward to building a lifetime of memories together. Thank you, Shaadi.com, for helping us find not just a partner, but a lifelong companion.

We first connected on Shaadi.com and had our initial meeting on 2nd February 2025. From the beginning, our conversations felt comfortable and genuine, and soon, we realized how well our values and aspirations aligned. Our families met soon after, and everyone quickly bonded. We recently celebrated our wedding and are truly grateful to Shaadi.com for making this beautiful connection possible. Wishing all the best to those still searching.

Read MoreI sent a connection request to Kavita & was surprised to connect with her aunt - who managed her profile. Her aunt interviewed me for a couple of days to understand my views about Life, Family, Career and Marriage. As she became satisfied with my answers, she conducted background checks and also matched the Kundalis of both. Once she was satisfied with everything, she shared Kavita's contact and my journey with Kavita began - July 20, 2025. On the first day itself, we chatted for 6 hours in 3 hours each during my mornings and her nights and vice versa. And then, it became a routine. At that time, I had not yet joined my new job, so I had a lot of free time on my side and Kavita supplemented it by making free time on her end even with her office work going on. Conversations flowed freely as we were new and trying to understand each other. We talked about anything and everything under the roof, from our food preferences to our favourite destinations, to spiritual talks to our love for family, our childhood and lots of different topics. Within 2 days, we were discussing business ideas that we would start together, few days after that we had made our bucket list of places to visit. As our conversations grew, so did our closeness and our bond became stronger with each passing day. We spent months and months in anious wait, waiting to meet each other. First decided we will meet in October/ November and then get married. But then the plan didn't work out because I had newly joined my company and couldn't get a leave until I completed probation. Finally, we decided on meeting in January. But by then, things had already gone out of hand and the feelings between us had grown to a different level. We decided to meet, and marry in January itself. And then began the planning for the wedding - the best month was her birthday month - December, just before the wedding. Our ecitement couldn't be controlled and I had a heart counter - i counted all the hearts she sent me on WhatsApp & it peaked in December. It took her 2 months to send 2 hearts & 6 months to complete a 100, but December alone gave me 50 hearts Surely there were a few disagreements and misunderstandings, but we were both mature individuals and never let them get in between us. We both love simplicity so had decided to get married in the court with a simple ceremony. However, God (and her elder sister) had different plans. Within a month, we planned for a small Haldi/ Mehendi ceremony at her sister's house followed by a small wedding ceremony in a temple. Our families talked every other day to coordinate everything and when we finally visited India, the bond between the families grew even stronger. Joy, laughter and happiness rang through the house on the day of Haldi/ Mehendi. And finally, on January 25th, 2026, in a small beautiful temple, with the blessings of Gods and our elders, We got Married.
